1. When you first enter the Sales Rep option a Select An Option window will appear. listing all sales reps; select the sales rep whose information you would like to edit.
2. Command options will appear; select Change.
3. A drop down menu will appear, allowing you to make changes to the User Id field. Press Enter to move onto the Name field. Use the arrow keys and the Enter key to navigate between fields and make changes.
4. When you are done making changes command options will appear. If you are not using commissions and are done making changes, select Update to save your changes.
Note: If you have not applied commissions to your sales rep and now want to apply commissions, select Next Page" after entering Y in the Commission field. See the instructions on adding a sales rep - when using commissions for information on how to apply sales rep commissions.
Note: If no user has been set a "WARNING: User has not been set!!! Continue? No/Yes" will appear. Select Yes to continue, select No to return to the Sales Rep setup page.
5. If commissions are set to Yes, a "Next Page" command option will appear, allowing you to make changes to the Sales Rep commission page.
6. A Select A Commission Type window will appear; select the commission type you would like to apply.
7. Once you have made your changes command options will appear. Select Modify to make changes to the report, select Clear(X) to reset fields to zero, or select Exit to Commission Types if you are ready to save your changes.
8. A Select A Commission Type window will appear; select Exit to move to the next step where you can save your changes.
9. Command options will appear; select Update.
10. Your changes have now been saved.
Important: Your changes will not be saved unless you select Update.
